Refund and Returns Policy

Effective Date: 20th February, 2025.

At Dolly Angelo, we take great pride in creating unique and high-quality artwork. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding refunds and returns.

1. Custom Artwork
   All custom and commissioned artwork is final sale. Once an order is placed and work has begun, no refunds or cancellations are allowed. We will work closely with you during the creative process to ensure satisfaction.

2. Returns for Physical Artwork
   For physical artwork (such as prints or framed pieces), we only accept returns if the item arrives damaged. To request a return, you must:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photos of the damage.
• Return the item in its original packaging.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases.

3. Digital Products
   All digital artwork and downloadable products are non-refundable. Once the file is delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.

4. Cancellation Policy
   Orders for physical artwork may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been processed. Custom and commissioned orders cannot be canceled once work has begun.
